Level & Grow Lawns ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a lawn care and topdressing service business operating in Augusta, Georgia and the surrounding Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). Our website is located at levelgrowlawns.com.

2. Use of Website

By accessing and using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our written permission

3. Estimate Requests & Appointments

Submitting a form on our website constitutes a request for an estimate only — it does not constitute a confirmed booking or binding service agreement. A service agreement is established only when both parties have agreed to the scope of work, pricing, and scheduled date.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided at the time of estimate and is based on the information available at that time. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was represented during the estimate process.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to schedule your service appointment
• Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit card via Square
• Late payment: Accounts unpaid after 30 days of completion may be subject to a late fee

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: full deposit refund
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: deposit may be forfeited
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no deposit penalty will apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible results, customers agree to the following prior to service:

• Mow the lawn to 1–2 inches in height before the scheduled service date
• Remove all debris, toys, furniture, and obstacles from the lawn area
• Mark or identify any irrigation heads, buried utilities, or hazards
• Ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled service date
• Notify us of any known underground utilities, septic systems, or other below-ground infrastructure

Failure to prepare the property as outlined above may result in rescheduling, additional fees, or reduced service quality for which Level & Grow Lawns assumes no liability.

7. Service Results & Limitations

While we take pride in delivering excellent results, lawn care outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including existing soil conditions, grass health, weather, watering habits, and post-service care. We do not guarantee specific results but commit to performing all services professionally and in accordance with industry best practices.

Results from topdressing and related services typically become visible over 2–6 weeks following application, depending on grass type, season, and aftercare.

8. Property Damage

We take great care when working on your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused directly by our crew or equipment, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you in good faith to assess and address any legitimate claims.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, unmarked hazards, failure to follow pre-service preparation instructions, or natural lawn stress following service.

9. Aftercare Compliance

Optimal results require following our post-service care instructions, including watering schedules and mowing restrictions. Level & Grow Lawns is not responsible for suboptimal outcomes resulting from failure to follow provided aftercare guidance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Level & Grow Lawns and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level & Grow Lawns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Richmond County, Georgia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
